How do I make an appointment?

 

Simple, either give us a call at 312.678.5415 or sent us a message through our contact page.

How do I pay?

 

You can leave a check or cash on the counter top or make an electronic payment at your own convenience.

Do I have to be home?

 

Is up to you, but you don't have to. Simply leave your key or permission with the doorman of your building and let them know Immaculate Cleaning  Service will be arriving. You can also leave us your keys and or any passcodes for your building.

How about cleaning supplies?

 

We provide all cleaning supplies in the service. If you would wish for us to use any of your  cleaning products, just let us know.

Pets?

Don’t worry about pets! If you believe your pet is aggressive or will leave a mess after the cleaning crew has completed the job, please make the appropriate arrangements for service to be performed properly. If we think we might have a problem, we will give you a call.

Do you charge per hour?

No. To better satisfy the needs of our clients, we charge per job completed and not per hour of service performed. We have found this to be the most efficient and honest way for our clients.

How many people will you send to my home?

Generally we send a crew of 2 people.

What are your office hours?

 

We’re available to contact all day.  Please feel free to send us a text message, email, or a message at anytime. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

What are your service hours?

 

We schedule from 8:00 a.m. till 7:00 p.m. or later if needed from  Monday-Saturday and from 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Sunday.

What if I run into any problems?

 

If you believe some task was not complete or if you’re dissatisfied for any reason, contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
